Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as you will be deemed to have read and agreed to them when placing an order.

We reserve the right to decline or rescind any order, without explanation, and to refund your payment rather than deliver the Products. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will not take place until the dispatch of the Products ordered to you.

If you ask for your package to be left outside, eg on a doorstep, porch, in a greenhouse, shed etc. you do so at your own risk.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

We deliver worldwide from the UK. Orders are processed in United Kingdom Pounds.

Prior to submitting your order please check that the correct amount has been charged for items and shipping and that the correct billing and delivery addresses have been provided. The billing address is the one shown on your credit/debit card statements.

All orders are processed safely and securely by WorldPay. WorldPay will acknowledge your order by sending you an e-mail receipt which you should retain as proof of purchase. If you do not receive one please notify us from the site's Contact page.

Alternative payment options: We only accept orders placed through this website. Ordering online is completely safe and secure.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are sent by post and cannot be collected.
For shipping costs enter your delivery country in the shopping cart "Calculate Shipping" box.
Orders bearing incorrect delivery charges will be rejected.

A signature may be required on delivery or the package may be scanned by postal services as proof of delivery. If a package has been signed for/scanned at the delivery address it will be deemed to have been delivered even if it was signed for by another person.

If a package is returned to us because the postal or other delivery service was unable to deliver we will refund the value of the items ordered excluding the amount paid for delivery and the amount charged to us by WorldPay for processing the transaction.


WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SENT?

We aim to process UK orders within 2 business days of receipt subject to credit clearance and stock availability. This may increase to 3 working days at particularly busy times. An additional day may be required for international or bulky orders. In practice, most UK orders are sent within 48 hours and most international orders within 3 business days.

UK deliveries: Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. These are approximate delivery times and are for guidance only.

- UK non-delivery or damaged items: You must contact us within 28 days of the date you placed your order.

Photographic evidence is required if damaged items have been received.

International deliveries: We ship worldwide except to remote or inaccessible areas, countries in war zones or undergoing political or other instability and countries known to have delivery problems.

Orders are shipped by standard international airmail and may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery to Western Europe, the USA and Canada generally takes 5 to 15 business days. Delivery to other countries may take an average of 5 days longer. These are approximate delivery times and are for guidance only.

- International non-delivery or damaged items: You must contact us within 35 days of the date you placed your order. Photographic evidence is required if damaged items have been received.

International delays and charges:

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs etc. must be borne by you. Failure to pay such charges resulting in the non-arrival of goods or the return of them to us will not entitle you to a refund in full. A partial refund may be made at our discretion depending upon the condition of the goods with a deduction for credit/debit card processing fees charged to us by WorldPay, packaging and postal charges. For information about import dutes and taxes, you should contact the relevant authorities in your own country. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by local postal services and customs authorities etc.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS

For reasons of hygiene, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once goods have been dispatched. This applies to all items including Trial Packs. Product ingredient lists appear on our site and you will be deemed to have checked these prior to placing an order. If in doubt of a product's suitability for your skin please start with a Trial Pack.

Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be refunded but a deduction may be made to cover the amount WorldPay charges us for processing the transaction. This varies depending on the type of card and currency used but is generally between 5 and 10% of the total amount paid for the items and delivery.
